Fourth, silk screen: This process is only used on some silicone keyboards with patterns on the surface, such as English letters and Arabic numerals on the silicone keyboard. In order to make the user operate the buttons conveniently, it is necessary to screen the characters corresponding to the mobile phone keyboard in the corresponding position.
Fifth, surface treatment: Surface treatment includes dust removal with air guns;
Sixth, fuel injection: Silicone keyboard is easy to absorb dust in the air under normal conditions, and has a certain viscosity. Spray a thin layer of hand-feel on the surface of the silicone button to prevent dust and make the hand feel.
Seventh, other: Other processes include some additional functions that the merchant gives to the silicone keyboard, such as dispensing glue, laser engraving, P+R synthesis, optimized packaging, and other materials and component assembly.
